Refunds, Cancellations, and Shipping Policy

1. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER All images on the website undergo enhancements during the post-production process; hence, actual product colors may vary.

2. RETURNS For damaged products, we offer refunds within 6 hours of delivery. Please email us at with clear evidence of the damage and your Order ID. Regrettably, returns are not possible in such cases. Thank you for your prompt cooperation in resolving the issue

3. RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, kindly email customer service at, attaching a clear video illustrating the product’s defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be scheduled for pickup within 4 working days, and upon receiving the product, our team will strive to send you a replacement within 3 working days.

4. REFUNDS Refunds are only available for damaged products reported within 6 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds once orders are shipped. For defective items, please contact us at with a clear video of the defects and your Order ID. We’ll schedule a pickup within 4 working days and aim to dispatch a replacement within 3 working days of receiving the defective product. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in resolving any issues promptly.

5. SHIPPING Orders are typically shipped within 48-96 hours, and you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS.

6. CANCELLATIONS Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the “my account” page.
